Highest principles in our oenologic work are prime quality and ecologically
blameless production. Here intervenes as well modern technology which guarantees
soft elaboration of grapes. The wines are aged partly in tanks of stainless steel,
partly in barriques of American and French oak.
The structure of the winery was built in 2005 in a modern architectonic style.
